At Bread and Chocolate Vegan Bistro, we believe that food should be delicious, nutritious, recognizable, satisfying, and good for the planet. That's why we create vegan dishes that are not only flavorful and satisfying but are craved by our customers (90% of whom are not even vegan!) who simply want great food made with care. We are committed to promoting ethical and sustainable life choices through our food and our practices to demonstrate that plant-based cuisine truly can be amazingly awesome.
Founded in 2012 by Agata Kalicki and Reno Ciantar who wanted to introduce plant-based dining options in the seafaring nation of the Cayman Islands where none had existed previously, Bread and Chocolate Vegan Bistro has earned a reputation of excellence over the years with countless rave reviews and an incredibly loyal local following.
At Bread and Chocolate Vegan Bistro, we use only the highest quality and freshest ingredients in our dishes. We source our produce locally whenever possible, and never use any artificial preservatives, colours or flavours. Our food, including fresh baked bread, desserts, all of our sauces, soups, etc. is made from scratch daily, ensuring that it is always top quality, plant-based, and delicious.
